What do I do if I have a problem on holiday in Corfu?

Salco Holidays offers in-resort assistance 24/7 with our dedicated support line. You can find this on your booking confirmation email. If you have any issues that you cannot resolve with your hotel directly, then you will need to inform Salco Holidays as soon as possible so that we can resolve your issue as best we can. Please have your holiday booking reference to hand so that we can identify your holiday as soon as possible.

How do I make a complaint

At Salco Holidays we make every effort in order to ensure our guests have the most relaxing holiday poossible. All our guests are valued and we appreciate that on some occations your holiday experience may not be up to expectations. If you encounter any issues or problems and want to log a complaint we recomment that you inform a representative of your hotel, fligth or traver supplier as soon as possile while you are abroad.. If they are unable to resolve the problem to your satisfaction, please do get in touch with is via our social media or emergency numbers on your holiday booking confirmation. If you do not follow this procedure, there will be less opportunity for us to investigate and rectify the complaint on your behalf.

I am at the resort, and cannot find my voucher

You must take your vouchers to the hotel to present at check in. If you do not hand this in to them, they may ask you to pay locally for your booking. If you arrive and cannot produce your voucher, please call 0203 3289 1317 or +30 26630 81317 and we will do our best to assist you.

How do I know which shuttle to use when I arrive?

Please follow the instructions that will be provided on your transfer voucher. Your transfer vouchers will be sent via email once you have paid the full and final balance on your booking. We use many different transport providers in resort, so your specific provider will be advised on your holiday vouchers. For your return pick up, you will need to follow the instructions on your vouchers, as you will need to reconfirm the time that the transport will pick you up.

The hotel doesn't have my booking

We book hotels using many different suppliers.  Sometimes these suppliers will not confirm your names until close to the arrival date at the hotel as they will hold rooms off in advance in bulk.This means that reception may not have a booking under your name, however we will do all the work behind the scenes to ensure the hotel is ready for you on arrival.If you do arrive at the hotel and need any assistance, please contact the number provided on your holiday documentation to speak to our 24/7 on holiday team who will always be happy to help.
