How do I cancel my booking?

Please note - For any booking to be cancelled, we require confirmation of this by speaking to the lead passenger.

Should you wish to cancel your booking, you need to email us on so we can look into cancellation charges for you, in line with all standard terms and conditions.  You can see a copy of our terms and conditions by clicking here
The majority of flights are non refundable as soon as they are confirmed - This means that any cancellation will result in full loss of monies paid.
If you then require a cancellation invoice for insurance purposes, we can provide this for any monies paid directly to us.  If yo have paid your airline for flights directly, they would need to provide a cancellation invoice for you.
A general overview of cancellation charges can be found below:
  • More tan 84 days before departure - Loss of all deposit paid plus any additional cancellation charges from your suppliers (Up to 100% of booking value)
  • 83-43 days inclusive prior to departure - £40.00 admin fee plus loss of deposit paid and any additional cancellation charges from your suppliers (Up to 100% of booking value)
  • 42-29 days inclusive prior to departure - £100.00 admin fee plus loss of deposit paid and any additional cancellation charges from your suppliers (Up to 100% of booking value)
  • 28-0 days inclusive prior to departure - Full value of booking.
  • All flights booked are non-refundable


How do I know my booking is confirmed?

As soon as you have made a payment towards your booking, we will contact all the suppliers on your booking and ask them to confirm the details.

you will receive an email from us with an attachment which gives you copies of your confirmation invoices and accommodation vouchers you will need to take with you when you travel. You will receive your flight vouchers between 8 and 12 weeks prior to your departure date.

Sometimes our emails can end up in a sub folder of your inbox in error, such as the spam inbox.

What do I need to do before I leave?

There are always lots of things to remember when going away!  Please see our top tips list below:
  • Book your transfers to and from the airport - If you want to get straight to the hotel book a private transfer. It is more expensive, but means less waiting around and a lot less time on a coach.
  • Purchase Insurance Cover to ensure peace of mind - Make sure you are covered in case of cancellation or if you need medical treatment whilst away.
  • Exchange Cash or get a Currency Card - The deals you will get at home are usually far better if you do this in advance.
  • Documentation - Make sure that you have valid passports.
  • Packing - Try to pack light, we know that is easier said than done!

I have not received a confirmation of my booking

Please note it can take up to 3 working days to receive your email after booking, once we receive confirmation from your suppliers. Each supplier needs to process the request submitted and as soon as we have a response from them we will send you your confirmation.After this time, if you have still not received your confirmation, please email us on

How do I amend or change my booking?

If you wish to amend or change your booking it is usually possible. However it is subject to availability and pricing from our suppliers, and can only be made by the Lead Guest on the booking. Booking amendments are FREE. However within 7 days of departure we will be unable to make any changes.

To provide a quote to process any change, it is best that we speak to you so we can confirm the rate there and then and you can proceed straight away if you wish to do so by making the relevant payments.

All amendments are as per the terms and conditions of our suppliers - This includes admin fees and any price increases.

If you are looking to amend anything in relation to your flights, and have received your confirmation directly from your airline such as easyJet or Ryanair you will need to contact them directly to make this change

What is the baggage allowance for my flight?

Your baggage allowance depends on the airlineyou are flying with. Airlines such as Ryanair and Thomson have a 15kg allowanceper person, whilst easyJet has a 20kg allowance per person. Each passenger isalso allowed one item of hand luggage. As each airline's baggage allowance canvary, we will always check with the carrier direct.

How do I check in for my easyJet flight?

easyJet now operate online check-in only and no longer have the traditional check in desks at the airport.
To check in online, you will need your passports and your unique flight reference number (beginning with 'E') that we have included within your documentation. 
Please note that this will only become available 30 days before your flight and will close 4 hour before the original scheduled departure.
Your easyJet Flight Reference will be confirmed via email 8 to 12 weeks prior to your departure date.
Please follow the easy to action instructions provided below:-
Click here to check in online and please select that someone else made your booking.
It will prompt you for the lead passenger surname and flight reference number which is a combination f letters and numbers  such as EK7EK7E
Tick the permission box and click on 'Check in Now'
At this stage it will ask you to supply all the passport information for all passengers travelling which is required for travel.
Finally, after you have entered all the details and hit confirm it will prompt you to select your seats. Should you wish to pay for certain seats such as Extra Legroom or Up Front then you can or alternatively you can skip this and they will be automatically allocated.
You will then be taken to a page where you can download and print the boarding passes for everyone travelling on the booking ready to take to the airport.
